I don't see an equivalent here of the 'Any Other Business' section on the old forum. This is where many of us 'old timers' kept in touch with each other on a day to day basis chatting about all and sundry (football, crosswords, general thoughts, jokes). It keeps the old place ticking over between bursts of 'Hawkwind related' chatter when a new album, new tour or whatever comes up.
Something similar on this new forum would help in the same way. Or is the intention to keep this place exclusively for Hawkwind specific stuff? If so, that's fair enough but will seriously reduce posts and overall community, feel I think. It would be great to have a more vibrant forum as the old place has been slowly dwindling over the years .
